I am pleased to announce that Charlene has just been promoted to the role of ‘Clinical Lead’.
This will mean that she will be responsible for ensuring that all of our staff continue to work to the highest standards and ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care. Zoe (Deputy) and myself look forward to working closely with Charlene, supporting her in her new role and continuing to progress the home in enriching the lives of all our residents.
